Elliot, that's put a bit of heat back into your winter. I liked the drum work and the fills with the steel drums. A great 'Islander' feel.

(And the VB is obviously a splendid choice)

Elliott,

A fun listen. Agree with Trevor.. nice drum work.. were the steel drums played via a keyboard or loops? A good island-Buffett-vibe..

Cool tune!! Very fun! I always loved the Buffett escapism thing myself. Not to sound like a letch but the visual was as good as the audio! Take care. Greg

Fun song and fun video Elliot. You really captured the JB vibe. Like those metal drums. Good vocal and arrangement. Brought back some fun memories too.

The Steel Drums where played on a keyboard with a Refill plug-in mixed with a Piano sound, I used the two finger method to simulate the hammers.

What I do is make the basic tracks in BIAB then import the WAV files to REASON and add (or remove, or edit) instruments, and vocals, and do the final MIX.
