A new song, all done with Band in a Box and mixed with Cubase. Just a few thoughts about the plight of a lot of people in our world.

Roy,

for some reason Sound Cloud has not been working for me lately... I'll have to reserve comment until I can get it to work so I can hear your song...

update: I was able to listen on another computer

Sounds like you got your Cat Stevens on! I liked this song a lot!

You have a very commercial voice... tonality is right there, and you have vocal personality if that makes any sense

I like your choice of real tracks... especially the opening guitar. A lot of people post that info for future reference... when we hear something we like, that helps us find the cool track with a lot less work

My perception of the lyrics was generally positive, but it would be nice to see them written out so I don't have to remember the phrases I want to discuss a little more.

There were a couple of times when the harmony didn't line up with the chord I thought would be playing at that spot... I'll have to listen a few more times to get a better understanding of the chords.

Quick & dirty summary: cool song! Post more!

Roy,

This is very well done. Nice production and a very well recorded vocal. And well sung. Good mix.

Sort of classic folk song with a modern sound.

Nice! Enjoyable.

Hi Roy,

A very good song. Well sung and the music's very good too.
Cat Stevens...? Mmmmm... I sometimes heard Johnny Cash.
Go on like this.
