Last night the Real Tracks in this particular song were all playing loud and clear and then suddenly the sound output stopped. The volumes are all turned up. All tracks are UNmuted.
All my other songs all have sound output.
I tried resetting to factory settings. Still no sound.
When playing back demos in style picker, there is sound.
When playing back the song in the main window, I hit play and the click count-in is audible, but when the song is suppose to kick in, there is ZERO sound.
HELP

I understand that the count-in is audio that is recorded as part of the track itself.
My question: You're saying that the song unexpectedly stopped producing any audible sound while it was playing, and now, even after a factory reset, the only sound you get is the count-in and then silence?
What is your output device set to? MME, WAS, ASIO? Try experimenting with these settings first.

I'm on Mac not PC. Yes, the song unexpectedly stopped producing sound while it was playing and now the only sound I get is the count-in click. All my other songs playback fine and when auditioning styles in the screwed up song the style demos all have audible sound, but the song itself has NO sound.

The only way I could reproduce your problem was to mute all of the tracks in the mixer. When I did that only the count in played. Could that be the problem?
Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up. Cop, that's not how field sobriety tests work.
64 bit Win 10 Pro, the latest BiaB/RB, Roland Octa-Capture audio interface, a ton of software/hardware
1) in the style picker the style I was using that was previously working 2 days ago now shows "RT N/A..."
see screenshot
2) When I attempt to playback the song, 5 - 6 yellow stickies pop-up saying the styles are missing. see screenshot
Even after I completely reinstaled BB2019 Mac I'm still seeing the above things mentioned and getting NO SOUND except the drum track. I also noticed that there are a handful of other styles in the style picker that show "RT N/A".
This is all so VERY BIZARRE because up until 1.5 days ago this particular style and all other styles were playing back perfectly and even if I accidentially erased this style and other styles inadvertently somehow, shouldn't all these issues now be completely resolved after I reinstalled everything today???

The N/A is understood to mean 'Not Available', and the yellow highlight messages confirm missing required data.
Try using the Style Picker to select a style that indicates it is available, if you have one.
You mentioned earlier that it only happens with this one song. Choose a style from another song that works. At least that might get you one step closer.
I'm not sure what a full reinstall does on the Mac in terms of copying all files, but incidentally, what BiaB Pak do you have?

I just checked and style _C34PNRT requires the following RealTracks. Where are your RealTracks located? Have you specified a different location than Factory (see 2nd capture). Not sure how this is done on the Mac.

I just completed my 3rd reinstallation of BIAB 2019 PRO (MAC). The problem still persists.
I did a slow (3) rebuild in the styles picker window. Upon completion of rebuild each completion shows that I have 949 styles installed. Which appears to be correct for BIAB 2019 PRO (MAC).
After all that, I'm still seeing some styles showing [RT n/a].
Why is that??? After the rebuild, shouldn't all 949 styles, if selected, playback in the main window???

The styles should play but some of the instruments selected by the style will not play. The Windows mixer displays a N/A in the track name for any instrument the style selects but is not available for playback. I assume, but do not know, if the Mac program works the same.
It's very possible to have a style that includes a N/A instrument. That most commonly happens with bonus or Xtra styles,
PG Music tries to match styles to packages but every now and then a style may slip in that wants to use an instrument that is not included in a package.
Forum members can't tell you if an instrument is included in a ProPAK or MegaPAK unless they have the same year and package as you. Even then they may not be able to because of past or additional purchases. The best way to get a good answer to the question, "Should I have instrument X?" is to ask PG Sales.
It sounds like you might need to set the path for both Realtracks and Realdrums (because they are on an external hard drive).
To doublecheck this, select "Options | Preferences" and then follow the numbers on the image below. While the below is for Windows, it should be similar for the Mac BIAB.
1. activate checkbox that I've labelled #4
2. click on the folder icon (#5) and navigate to where you store the Realtracks
3. click update
4. the path will then be entered as text in the small window beside #4

Based on the file you posted up, C34PNRT is not a Style that comes in the 2019 Pro package. It is not in our Pro 2020 or MegaPAK 2020 and wasn't in the Pro 2019 either, so you would need an UltraPAK or higher, or to buy each of the required RealTrack sets separately.
Did you have a larger package before the Pro 2019 version? If you did, you would need to install your Pro directly over top (aka, to the same location on your computer) to merge the two together to combine your RealTracks from the older version and your 2019 Pro version.
