One of the things that's been kinda helpful to me as a new BiaB user are the little yellow pop-up thingys in the lower right hand corner. Not sure what triggers them but there have been everything from key suggestions to realtrack suggestions. Unfortunately sometimes they come and go so fast, or so many and long that I don't get a chance to fully read them or catch what the tip / recommendation was.

So . . . Is there a place that has a history of those that I can view to see what was suggested? Or is there a way to make them stay longer or pop back up again?

You can also see this from within BIAB. I’m not at a computer but I think it’s in the Help menu and says something like View Yellow and Green Messages.

You can also type the letters L O G <enter> on the chord sheet to view the log (2023 version needed).
