I noticed for several months that the "Live Help" tab (upper right of your page) doesn't launch the help applet when I'm in the forums. If I move to any other PGM page, such as "Band-in-a-Box Windows", I click and it launches. Anyone else? I've only tried this with Firefox 5, so it may be browser specific or even more specific to one of the security add-ons I have installed.
