When I ordered RealDrums #24 everything seemed to go well, but the download page has no download link, and has the text:

error_invalid_order_data_response

Anyone know about this error?

Hopefully, this will be fixed Monday Morning.

If not, just call PG Music. You should probably call them anyway, to let them know about this.

By all means try it again today, I noticed that the PGMusic server for this forum was not responding several times during the day yesterday, don't know why.

If you can't download today, by all means contact PGMusic Sales directly, via email, or tollfree telephone line or live chat, they are very good at customer service.

Last night when I ordered Realtracks Set 169, I got the same thing (error_invalid_order_data_response). I sent an e-mail to Sales and today I got a valid download link. The download was sucessful and I was so anxious to try it out but the one track I really wanted (John Jarvis, Piano Soloing) was missing. It was that track that made me order that particular set and I am so disappointed to not find it included as this writeup which I copied from the BAIB page says that it was:

RealTracks Set 169 : Killer Country Soloing Video Demo
One of the best things about Country Music is the killer solos played by killer musicians, and now you can have even more of that in Band-in-a-Box with RealTracks Set 169! This set features four different instruments soloing over four completely different country grooves, ranging from slow ballads to up-tempo train beat. There is a fiddle soloing over a medium even 8ths country groove, a slow swinging 12-8 piano soloist, an up-tempo train beat resonator guitar soloist and a mandolin soloing over a slow country even 8ths ballad. Each one of these is a real Nashville studio musician, and no matter what chord progression you enter into Band-in-a-Box, these killer players will be able to solo over it! The superior stretching features in Band-in-a-Box enable you to use these RealTracks over a wide tempo range, so there are countless combinations of bands when you combine these soloists with other RealTracks styles. Each one is also equipped with RealCharts, so not only do you get these fantastic musicians playing over your songs, you can see exactly what they're playing in notation, TAB, on the on-screen piano keyboard, or on the on-screen guitar fretboard! There's something for everyone in RealTracks Set 169!
Note: This RealTracks Set requires Band-in-a-Box 2011 for Windows or higher.

This RealTrack Set is bundled with the following packages:

RealPAK Country Vol. 8 2012.5 PlusPAK UltraPlusPAK EverythingPAK Audiophile Edition

I have sent another e-mail to Rachael in sales, hoping something can be done about this.
Hi,

It should be there. Check your RealTracks folder for this subfolder:
Piano, Acoustic, Soloist Country12-8John Sw 065

If you have 2012 (**not** 2012.5), and it's not appearing in the RealTracks Picker then you are most likely missing some support file required for it. This patch should help:

Andrew.
Thanks for giving this your attention! I had updated to 2012 (350) quite some time ago, but apparently that required file was still missing.
I checked Realband subfolders and that John J file was there but it is just not showing up in the style picker for some reason. I had done a list rebuild on the style picker but it still isn't getting it. Style picker shows all the other tracks on Set#169, just not that one.
I tried downloading that update once again just now but I got this message:
X Unable to execute file
C:\bb\bbw.exe
Create process failed; code 740
The requested operation requires elevation

Not being particularly computer savvy, I don't know what this means. What do I do now?
That error message would seem to be related to User Account Control, however I have no idea how installing the patch could make it happen. I would try a reboot. FYI you could likely run the program by right-clicking on it and selecting 'Run as admin' however that certainly shouldn't be necessary if everything is working properly.

If you are looking in the StylePicker for styles with that RealTrack, then _C128PNS.STY and _P128PNS.STY have it. Alternatively, just start with a .STY having no soloist, and add the RealTrack yourself via the RealTracks Picker (i.e. Right-click on Soloist track and select Add/Remove RealTracks).

Andrew,
Success! I downloaded the update patch again and this time it took. Re-installed the RealTracks Set#169 and did a rebuild list and now everything is up and working the way it should. By the way I love that Country Piano!!!!I've dreamed of having this sound to back up my old country songs for years. Thank you so much!
I got an e-mail from Will in which he told me that support tech had advised him that some new "stuff" had been added to that update patch just this morning. So whatever they did, it worked. Kudos for your entire staff for the way they work with your customers with such diligence and patience.
