PG Music Home
Hello,
I am looking for some information. I have Band in a Box 2012 for windows XP, and would like to upgrade to the everything pak, which I assume includes everything, all available real tracks etc. Can anyone tell me what the procedure is, and how much it costs to do this. I have contacted PG music numerous times, but they have not replied to my emails. I am from Scotland. Thanks.
1973jamesreid,

Until Sept 15th the following "Special" prices will apply.

I purchased the Ultra Plus Pak last fall, then the 2012.5 Plus pak
in August. Had it shipped to my home. Think cost was extra 10 bucks.
It did not have the Video Tutorials, or the midi songs and lessons.
It included a 160 gig USB drive in the cost. Am so happy with it.

If you note current pricing the 2011 upgrade is $130 more.
I'd suggest you get it now.... will save you money in long run.

Hope this answered some of your questions.

Have a nice weekend.
Hi James,

Welcome to the forums.

I'm very surprised that PG Music are not answering emails. Sales are usually VERY efficient. Have you tried the email sales@pgmusic.com ? Below is a link to some more contact information, too.

It might be worth using the toll-free line.

By the way, what package did you purchase with 2012 and is it registered with PG Music?

Regards,
Noel
Hello,
Thank you both for your replies.I managed to get through using live help and have purchased Band in a box 2012.5 with the everything pak, at a cost of $379. I had already purchased band in a box 2012 pro just a few months ago, and had not expected to have to pay the above for the upgrade.
The everything PAK is $440 more than the Pro-Pak and I don't think first-time purchases are discounted, so it seems you still got a little bit of a deal.
