Hi,
I've just installed 2013 and right at the end of the install I get this message

Unable to execute file;
J:bb\BBHelper\PDF995 Installer\autosetup.exe

CreateProcess failed; code267.
The directory name is invalid

I started BIAB and went to print a lead sheet and pressed the tab Print to PDF, it then told me the driver wasn't installed and would I like to install it now? I pressed Yes and nothing has happened.

Anyone any ideas?

I'm not sure what's wrong here, but try running the installer As Administrator (assuming you are on Vista or later).

Also, you can always download and install the free PDF995 from their website, if all else fails.

Yes, just navigate to J:bb\BBHelper\PDF995 Installer\ folder, and then right click on autosetup.exe and run as administrator. Note that after printer driver installs, it might take a logoff-logon or reboot of Windows for the driver to show up.

Thanks Matt, I downloaded the install file from the PDF995 website and intalled that and its now working OK

Thanks Peter but I don't have the PDF995 Installer Folder in my J:bb\BBHelper\ folder, perhaps that was something to do with the error message I got at the end of my initial installation.

OK, best to wait a day or so, and we can get add that to the patch.

Not in my BBHelper folder either. I got the same error Keith got about Unable to execute file. I did a re-install...no luck.

Well its nice to know someone else has the same problem, have you tried to get Sampletank working yet?

I had SampleTank installed before. Yes it works from BIAB. I do want to try out the new Hi-Q sound but did not receive them with my downloads. I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to a Sales rep.
