When I go to the styles picker under RealTracks Set 170-187, it says I have 13 style (9 Smooth Jazz Piano and 4 Classic Jazz Piano). All of the other categories have zero styles listed. Is this normal? I have BIAB 2013 UltraPlusPak.
Thanks
Hi Rich,
Did you try hitting the REBUILD button in the Stylepicker window?
I have now... still doesn't show anything. For example, I go into the style picker and it lists "RT170 [Texas BluesRock 12-8][0]".
What is listed down the Lefthand pane in the Stylepicker window. (Scroll up to the top of that pane and hit the very top entry to Show All...

Takamine,
I have all the Realtracks and the following styles are listed for sets 170-187.
It sounds like not all the Realtracks have been installed on your system. Some questions that spring to mind are ...
- How did you install the Realtracks?
- Did you download the files and install or use the USB and run install from there?
- Do you run the Realtracks from a USB drive or are they installed on your internal hard drive?
Regards,
Noel

I installed from the USB drive and chose the 3rd installation option (install everything to the internal hard drive, including Real Tracks). When I look in the C:\bb folder there is a RealTracks folder and it appears everything is there. I'm installing just the RealTracks now to see if that makes a difference. I've tried installing this on a couple of different computers (XP, Win7, Win8) and always get the same results.
Just went into the RealTrack picker and all RealTracks between 170 and 187 are N/A (says they are not in the bb folder). The RealTracks folder in the bb folder on my hard drive contains 47,819 files in 1,740 folders. Not sure if I'm missing Styles or RealTracks.
Maybe it is time for you to take this up with Support directly. The tollfree hotline is one way you might be able to solve the problem faster. I'm sure it is something simple enough, and the Support Staff at PGMusic can not only get the needed info from the experts, but using the phone line, resolution can happen much faster, typically in the one phone call.
