I have about 1.92 gig before loading BIAB.
I load BIAB and have about 2.6 gig.
I load my song.
Then about 2.8 gig.
Then play about 3.5 gig.
Then mute melody, solo, thru, and audio.
Go thru the Only the married song Wav render procedure
Get a memory error.
There entire song wav file created, but only piano plays.

I am using Addictive Keys, same version as last year.
Actually have use 2 instances in the past with no glitches.
Also there are 3 RT's with the John's Piano
Also have gone thru the partial reset.

I also just installed VS 385 a few days ago..

Have done some number of gyrations to no avail.

Have my Taskbar memory optimized decent to about 1.6-1.7 gig on bootup.

Totally lost...

I have a new piece working on, so need this rascal.

Does the issue happen if you don't have addictive keys loaded?

I had already reverted to vs384. Did this after your other posting
about 385. Grabbing for a straw, but?

Am familiar enough to be dangerous about resource use....

Anyway I just rendered the full Main song only wav file with vs384.

Sounds just great.. no emmy's but BIAB did its normal great job.

I still have 385 and try tomorrow to re-install and give it a whirl.
Normally, and also with your suggestion.

FWIW, in the past with some other music using
large VSTi samples I have performed 2 renders.

Just finished up checking out my glitch.

Re-installed vs 385.
Re-started PC.
Started up BIAB.
Started song inside BIAB. Its frozen.
Went thru a wav render for Song only (with Addictive Keys VSTi).

Worked just fine.
