I have a charity event coming where I play the piano and everybody sings along. Kinda like a piano bar.

Currently I have chord sheet with lyrics for myself at the piano and lyric sheets for everyone else to read and sing.

It is not easy to keep all the pages for all the songs organized.

I want to use my iPad and I think BiaB server. I can use a bluetooth projector to mirror what is on my iPad
to the wall. Everyone can just sing along by reading the words projected.

I can also send the sound via bluetooth to a bluetooth speaker.

Problem I see is that I don't a way for lyrics to be shown on the iPad app. Is it even possible?

I would love to add backing tracks to the piano while we sing and is the reason I am trying to use BiaB. If I can't do this does anyone have a suggestion for an iPad/PC app that would work well?

I can always create the music via BiaB or my DAW, make the mp3 and the separate lyrics sheet I suppose. But what app does one use to perform this combination live?

Regards,
Lance

Forgot to mention that I need the moving time line for the singers to follow. Hence, I like BiaB for this. Plus I can have lyrics and my chords showing at the same time.

Such a conundrum.

LanceJ,

While back just for the "halibut" started up Van Basco a MIDI
Karaoke software and did a "screen capture" of video and audio.
My thinking was in a senior center display music and sound via
their big-screen would be great deal of fun for them.

I never actually used, but did work well.

There is probably more elegant methods, but this did work.

More folks active in your situation will probably chime in.

Good Luck!
I just threw this together.....Lousy sounds, but ya get the idea.
I could have set output, but mp4, but forgot.
