I remember that, here's the Translate:

ReWire 64-32 Bridge Version 1.3.0
* If you want to connect VOCALOID 3 to DAW, install only V3Sync OK (64-32 Bridge is unnecessary)
* If you want to use other 32-bit ReWire sound sources (such as VOCALOID 2) with 64-bit version DAW, you can use ReWire 64-32 Bridge
3 additional functions

1) Synchronization position offset can now be specified (Version 1.2.0)
When opening the ReWire-Device panel from the Mixer (host) side,
"ReWire 64-32 Bridge Settings for Vocaloid 2"
A window titled like this opens.

Here, you can specify the difference between the position of Mixer and Device by the number of quarter notes.
It may be absorbed with this setting, such as when the performance start position or bar number is misaligned between Mixer and Device.
For example, if pre-measure is set to 1 measure in VOCALOID 2, specifying 4 Quater Notes (4 quarter notes) with Position Offset allows you to match the measure number of DAW and VOCALOID 2.
· The device side is preceded and played with an unsigned value.
- The device side will be played behind with a negative value.
• Specify 0 for the same operation as in 32 bit environment.
2) When 32-bit Device and 64-bit Device with the same name exist (32 bit) is added to the name of 32 bit Device side (Version 1.2.0)
In case of ReWire-Device (eg V3 Sync) where both 64-bit version and 32-bit version are provided, you can specify which one to use from the Mixer application (host).

As long as there is no reason to use the 32-bit version, I think that it is better to use a 64-bit version (no sign).
3) It is possible to specify whether 32 bit Device side is used or not (32 bit Device and 64 bit Device with the same name) (Version 1.3.0)
[Start] → [All Programs] → [ReWire 64-32 Bridge] → [Change ReWire 64-32 Bridge Settings]

Regardless of which DAW is used, including Studio One, it is usually not necessary to uncheck " Use 32 bit device even if there is a 64 bit device of the same name ". (Default: unchecked)
This allows you to suppress the use of 32 bit Device via Bridge from DAW with ReWire Device which is provided with both 64 bit native device driver and 32 bit Device driver.
Check this only if you want to use 32 bit Device via Bridge in preference to 64 bit Device for some reason.
