Has Everything Pak been discontinued? I didn't see it in the upgrade list.

If so what is it's equivalent?

Not so much discontinued as just a rethink of the names to be clearer. Here is the new list of packages, and the UltraPak is the fullest. There are still Bonus Paks available in addition.
