Hello, I currently own BIAB 2018 ultra pack, I applied the French patch, can this patch cause a problem with the update to BIAB 2019?

The 2019 32-BIT version will work overtop your 2018 French UltraPAK - it's just the new features that won't be translated.

The 2019 64-BIT version is not translated, and will only run as a 64-BIT ENGLISH version.
