I emailed support about this problem several days ago but I have not received a response yet. In the StylePicker of the VST plugin, if I double-click a style or highlight it and press the Play button, nothing happens. The Play button depresses, but it doesn’t play the style. The playback position slider does not move. I can select a style and load it in the VST, Generate it, and drag the tracks to the DAW and it plays fine. I just cannot audition anything inside the StylePicker. This only happens in the VST plugin. The standalone program functions properly. I’m using Studio One 4 Pro in Windows 10 x64 with a Studio 24 audio interface.

The plugin uses window media player to playback the demos and generated tracks, if you have the ASIO always on in the DAW it will not let windows use it.
Another option if you need multiple ASIO is Free VoiceMeeter Banana https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm get the HiFi Cable and VB Cable to give extra devices.

Thanks very much for that suggestion, Pipeline. In the DAW, all I had to do was set the audio device to Voicemeeter Virtual, no other configuration necessary. For anyone else with a similar problem, you will need to set the DAW back to your hardware audio device to make changes to the block size or sample rate.

It is still disappointing that I need to use a 3rd party utility to get the VST working properly.
