Win produces .sgu files for BiaB are these compatible with the Mac version.

I am running Win 2019 64bit and my mates are running Mac 2018 and we need to be able to swap projects back and forth.

I also run Reaper which I expect they will as well once they get to the recording bit

I've sent my Windows-created SGU/MGU files to Mac users and there has been no problem reading them. I've also received Mac-created files and used them without any drama.

Yes, the Band-in-a-Box song files are cross-platform compatible. You should be able to go back and forth.
