I was looking in my documents folder and found a file named mtpdk. It has the BB logo and says it is a .MID file.

Do I need to put it back in BB or does it belong in documents? May sound like a dumb question but some programs put files in odd places.

That sounds like it might be related to the MT Power Drum Kit. Do you use this?
