Hi, I have another thread going but have a few issues so will start again.
I downloaded the last 2019 update onto my Seagate portable drive yesterday and lost my drum folder for whatever reason. The update at the end asked me to check some boxes if...well I don't know what if, so I didn't check them.
Anyway I still have the 2018 version on the laptop do I copied that drum folder to the Seagate drive which is now fine. Now I'm not sure if I still have all the tracks etc even in the real tracks so I have a link to this for some thoughts.
I have I believe purchased all the add ons available and running the 2019 UltraPlus Pak.
The link suggests I have
Style discs - 48
Solo disc sets - 20
Real Drums - 29
Real Tracks - 328

Hi Wish,

As far as I can see the only thing your missing is RealTracks set 308. You can go to your online account and download the RealTracks set that includes that set.

I've added a screen shot of my "What Add-ons Do I Have?". Notice mine lists 308 in the RealTracks section and yours indicates it is missing.
