Is it possible to adjust the tempo by 1BPM using the [] keys, instead of by 5BPM?

Try SHIFT+[ or CTRL+[ -- if memory serves me correctly, it's one of these options.

I use the mouse. Left-click on the up/down arrows moves in 5 bpm increments. Right-click moves in increments of one.
