Just done about 5 songs with recorded audio and all were fine. Loaded the next one and all of a sudden the recorded audio is about 4 seconds behind? Have not changed any settings at all...ASIO is set to 10ms (via the soundcard)...there is no MIDI in the track and no softsynths.

Any ideas?

10ms is low for playback, but you said it usually works, so OK.

Did you reboot?

Buffers didn't change?

It is odd that it is only 0ne song out of six ,
This makes me think your settings are fine.
Is it possible that you have some how set a track off set, 4-5 seconds is a long way off.
Have you done any drag and dropping or copying of tracks?
Open it in Realband and see if the tracks are lined up might be an idea.
