I have a new desk top PC Win 10 64 bit. I'm getting this error when I try to print a chart. Never had this problem with my old laptop. Any suggestions?

Printer is working now. I printed the chart using print screen, went back to BIAB and all of a sudden printing from BIAB was working. Don't know why!

I assume you had a printer set up in Windows and it works in other programs. If so, you should email this issue to Support.
