Since some time, my BIAB have a strange behaviour:
1) I work with song X, saves it and close BIAB
2) Later, with BIAB not running, I click on song Y in windows explorer
3) BIAB starts and I think I can see song Y flash by. But then BIAB immediately opens song X!
4) In BIAB's list of recently opened songs, I can select song Y which then opens correctly

As with almost everything in BIAB, there is probably a setting to be changed ...

Go into Preferences and have a look at the settings on the opening screen.

It sounds like you might have "Load previous song" set up (see #3 on image below).

If this is so, BIAB will load the song you last worked on each time it starts. Try changing to one of the other preferences.

Thank you for a very fast response, it solved the problem.

Still, I think that this setting makes sense for the case where you click BIABs own icon to start it up. Last song then makes sense.
However, I cannot see that it makes any sense to apply this when you start BIAB by clicking one specific song. Then I obviously want to open that song, so this setting should not have any effect.
