What version of BIAB do you have?

In the meantime, try returning to factory settings. It's under the "Options" menu. This is what I always do when BIAB is not doing what it always has done.

Be aware that if you have an older version of BIAB, a factory reset means that you will also have to set-up MIDI and audio again.

If you have a more recent version of the program, save you settings before doing the reset. (This option is also under the "Option" menu.)

This might also occur if BIAB is copied rather than installed. The required fonts for the chord sheet would be missing.
