The six minute video is very informative in telling about the new features that have been added to BIAB2020. However, I can't find anything in the help index to show how to access them. Specifically, I'm wanting to know about RT thickening, multi-riffs and sub features. How do I get to them?
Right click on the radio button of the track you want to thicken
Click on Select Realtracks
Click on Select Realtracks again (this one will have the track name you are working on)
When the dialog box opens, click on the medley button (near the top right)
The next dialog box (which opens slowly on my system) will give you options to affect the whole song (in the first drop-down)
Below that, check Play all simultaneously
Click the duplicate button (to the right)
Choose how many duplicates you want
Adjust their db offset and panning
I've only tried this once, so my directions may be imprecise, but this should get you closer to thickening your tracks.
Impressive list, Andrew! Thanks!
Yep, quite a bit !
Now about Thickening ..... usually with stuff like that (by doubling wav output) you tend to get phasing problems due even the slightest time shifting IMO. Noticeable especially on higher frequencies as with cymbals, pianos etc.
Any info on that?
Enjoyed the new ACW enhancements!
