If I put in a hold - X... it doesnt play as a HOLD but as an X.. SHOT
Anyone else get this?

Hi Ian,

Sometimes PG Music have delivered shots and holds in updates. Maybe this is the case here.

That said.... I might be wrong but most of the vocal tracks already seem to hold the same note or notes through the bar? If this is the case with the track you are using then adding a 'hold' is superfluous. Just generate the vocals, freeze them, now add the holds for the other instruments (or exclude the track the vocals are on).

Great solution. Many thanks.
I have found that some of the new Vocals do not 'ooh' on some chords. I just get silence as the bars transit through them.
That'll be a subject of another thread later when I have time to ID and write them down.

Glad it's a useful idea.

Regarding the track with blank bars. Musicstudent discovered that this was happening with another track recently. It sounds like a mapping problem to me.

When it happens again, and if you have time, freeze all the tracks and send the songfile to support@pgmusic.com as this will help them identify the problem and then create a solution.
