When I try to play along with a song, I can hit the same note and it is different every time. Anyone have a clue?
Thanks, Breezy.

Are you by any chance talking about using your computer keyboard to play along? If not, please give more detail.

Sorry, not a clue what you mean. Seems there may be something fundamental about BIAB someone could explain to you, but you may need to clarify exactly is going wrong for you a bit better.

For example: If you want BIAB to play the exact accompaniment to the chord chart you need to freeze the tracks or avoid the regeneration of the accompaniment. If you at anytime regenerate, the backing will change. But I am not sure this is what you are referring to?

What instrument are you "playing". And what note are you hitting? What Matt asked...

I want to play my own melody from my midi keyboard. Every time bnb changes chords the notes on my keyboard play a different note than what I am playing.

OK, thats weird. Is it Latency? Meaning what you are hearing from your playing is way behind the chord changes?

no. I can play the same note over and over but, when the chords change so does the note.

Got ya. Sorry - no clue here other than the standard response when BIAB is not behaving correctly. Options-Return to Factory Settings. Lets see what others have to say. Good luck.

stupid question, assuming the "return to factory settings" doesn't knock some sense into BIAB

these different notes - are they all in the right KEY, i.e., no sour notes?

Reason I ask is that there is a "Melody Wizard," and a "MIDI keyboard Wizard," and maybe another one - but I thought most of that was for folks playing along with their PC keyboard (QWERTY keyboard) and maybe these features are over zealously helping you for some reason

Great question. I think that fixed it. Thank you very much!
