Key commands gives wrong response. - 01/22/20 12:33 PM
I am asking this on behalf of Jørgen Jansen.
He has some issues, that seems to be related to a problem with his keyboard. But the keyboard works fine in other applications. I haven't found any setting in Band-in-a-Box, that seems to affect this.
He cannot write a minor chord in the notation window, only in the chord sheet. He can enter a C but not a Cm, for instance.
When he attempts to write Cm, there is a "pliong", and a notehead is entered in the notation window instead of a chord.
When he starts the program and opens a song, he would normally press the space bar to start playback. But this opens the tutorials page on PG Musics homepage.
Arrow up/down would normally jump 5 bars left/right, but instead they alternate between the instruments (B-P-T-G-S-P-S-E).
At one point he pressed the space bar and the entire melody was erased.
He has a problem with recorded audio, that gets out of sync with the rest of the arrangement, when the song has tempo changes, and it is rendered to MP3. Playback from within Band-in-a-Box works fine with tempo changes.
