Band-in-a-Box® is more than 30 years old! We never stop developing the program, with 50+ new features and enhancements added with every release.

Let's take a jump back in time and glimpse at what we were doing 20 years ago with Band-in-a-Box® 10 for Windows:

New Guitar Styles with accurate MIDI guitar, including strumming, picking, and accurate fret fingering!

A Guitar Tutor, that analyzes any song and shows the chords that are playing on the virtual guitar fretboard, in a Jazz, Pop, or Folk perspective.

The Chord Substitution Wizard brought a fun and educational way to perform or practice a familiar song in a brand new way!

Our Ear Training Window allowed the user to practice their ear training with help from Band-in-a-Box®!

The option to Save as Windows Media for Internet Streaming arrived - Band-in-a-Box® songs could now be converted to a .WMA file.

...and more! To continue our walk down memory lane with Band-in-a-Box® 10 for Windows, read the full New Features list here.
I remember all this very well. I started with version 4.

Note that BIAB 10 is long before BIAB 2010.
Not as early as Matt, but I also remember this version, having started with BIAB v8, which also was a long time before 2008.
I also remember this version...I started on a couple floppy's back before baseball......wow...

You know, this is the only software that i am still using (or should I say CAN use!) all these years later...now THAT is a solid co.!
