When I copy to clipboard as Midi File and then paste it into Sonar, the bass track is not copied. All the others tracks are well copied. The bass track is not muted. I am using BIAB 2018.

Is your bass track a MIDI file? If so, it should drag right into SONAR.

If your bass track is a RealTracks then does it have notation? If it does, the word Bass (the radio button) will have a full or partial underline, and there will be an entry in the Notation column of the RealTrack picker. This notation, if it is there, is sometimes an approximation of what was played, for learning purposes. For some instruments, the MIDI will not contain the nuances of what was played by the live performer.

If the RealTrack bass track does NOT have notation, then there is nothing to take into SONAR except the audio.

What Matt Finley said is true. If the bass track is MIDI though and is still not working when you try and bring it into Sonar, you can always send us a copy of the SGU/MGU files to support@pgmusic.com for testing and we can always take a look at it and see if there's something, in particular, that's preventing it from working.
