I have BIAB 2018, and whenever I type in a G7#5 choed, I don't seem to be getting the raised fifth. Is this something anyone has dealt with? If so, is there a fix? Thanks!

G+ or Gaug will give you the G B and D# in BIAB.
Didn't chase it any further to see whether the F (b7) is in there

Ya,it is there but BIAB treats it much like a player would treat it. Depending on the genre you may hear it at times or you may not. And each time you regenerate it will be different. So it can depend on the Style selected. Here I have a super midi track playing the chord designated in a few different ways.

By the way, welcome to the forum. grin

Griole, welcome to the forum.

I also prefer to write using #5 rather than the ambiguous plus sign.

There are some styles that might not play the #5 note; for RealTracks, the performer who recorded the track had to have played that chord. And there are some settings in BIAB to simplify the arrangement. If you can give us more detail it might help. What style are you using, and what version of BIAB?

Welcome to the forum. Looks like you've been using Band-in-a-Box for awhile.
