Hi; bought xtra style packs 1 & 2 years ago already (got all the others too).

Does this mean i have to buy them again, or were these loops included?

The Loops-with-style PAKs were introduced just recently - PAK 1 was released December 2019 and PAK 2 was just released now (May 2020). These are different than the Xtra Styles PAKs 1 and 2, which were released a number of years ago.
