A Q, how do you choose sub styles from within BIAB in an arrangement (Green circle) ?

I can duplicate this problem. As a partial workaround you could use F5 bar settings to mute the drums during the rest/shot.

To change Drum variations in the song, you can right-click on any part-marker in the chordsheet and choose from the "Drum Grooves" section.
