I am entering a piece. I want a key change in the middle.
I can copy and paste the previous chords but can I then somehow transpose the copied part to a new key? The same goes for notation?

You can change the Key Signature at any bar using the function key <F5> but I don't think you can transpose a range of bars. I think they need to be entered in as the new values for those bars. Others may know more (I hope!).

When I write a song -- melody plus chords -- and I want to transpose a section or two, I use "Edit | Transpose | Transpose from... to..."

This transposes notation on both Melody and Soloist tracks as well as the chords. It also works with the selected range. For example, I can transpose from bar 21 for 8 bars.
