Hi all
I have a problem trying to change a Real Track

when I rt click select Real Tracks
select Best "All" Real Tracks

I no longer have any options

(highlighted in blue) <select No Real Tracks for this track

any advice to resolve this would be most appreciated

Hello jj,

You may need to Rebuild the StylePicker (this rebuilds the RT lists etc. as well). Also, have you installed the latest update patch?

Specifically, if you follow these steps it should be resolved:

1. Install the latest update:
https://nn.pgmusic.com/pgfiles/support/patches/bb2020_win_update_build734.exe

2. Check to make sure that your RealTracks folder location is set correctly. Open the RealTracks Preferences and look at the "Custom folder" setting. (If everything is in your bb folder then it should be blank). Repeat for the RealDrums Preferences.

3. Open the StylePicker and rebuild (Fast rebuild OK).
