Pressing the button...Ctrl Shift N etc.

When BIAB does not do what you know it is supposed to do, Options, Return to Factory Settings, Most. Let us know if this works.

Yes, it worked.

Updated to 2021.

First I reset Big Piano to defaults and didn't work.
Then Options and Factory Reset. That did.
Restored all previous settings and that stopped it working again.
Reset Big Piano to defaults and it worked.
