I though I would try UserTracks in BB21.
So I download Guitar, Nylon, Picking, Pop Slow Ev8 85 that is listed up on https://www.realband.org/guitars.html

The main problem with UTs is they are in the RealTracks folder on the Biab Hard Drive so when you get the new version of Biab you format the old hard drive and they are lost so you need to download them all again

I think it would be a good idea if BB could have a completely separate folder for UserTracks, rather than it being part of the Realtracks folder. I'll suggest that to the development team.

Yes good idea, like in the root where you can SEE IT before formatting, same with you loops folder too.
You can use a symbolic link but a bit of messing around.

Hello, the usertracks can be located on another drive in the realtrack folder I proceed in this way it avoids any incident.
I agree with everything said above, which would be great if pg-music made an effort for usertracks to offer the same functionality as realtracks (extended chord, short chord)
and that it be accessible for 2022 on utility tracks and also with the F5 function
