Not a big deal, but is there a way to export MIDI from BIAB that includes note data only, and not CC or PC codes? Those other codes sometimes mess with my DAW's VST settings, obliging me to remember to remove them each time. Thanks.

Hi XilburQost, there is no way to export MIDI from BIAB with the control changes stripped out, however you can export without program changes - the first checkbox on the Midi File Options screenshot you posted will do it.
Hi

You don’t say which DAW but no mater.
Look for a midi import filter for your incoming midi on the DAW.

Just a thought

Good point Mike. In Studio One Pro it is very easy to delete all of the unnecessary MIDI data.

I'm using Cockos REAPER and I just drag & drop the BIAB MIDI file into a REAPER session. I'll look to see if there's a MIDI import filter feature.

One of the reasons I created the OP is that it seems that this non-note MIDI data started appearing only recently (past several months?).

Again, this is a minor issue, but I'm always looking for ways to streamline my workflow. smile

Wonderful! The last video has the solution I was looking for: I just put midi_Filter_XL into my instrument master track and set it to block program changes (PC) events and now my VST synth is untouched. Waaaaaaaay cool! Thank you oldmuso! smile
