I have several time reported about midi problems that I had using internal or/and external synths (Forte DXi or Ketron S20). I have now solved these problems and both systems (on internal or external synths) are now working correctly.
I have unchecked in preferences/Midi options ALL the boxes on the left side (8 boxes starting with "send GM mode on start-up") which I must have checked at some time...
This as info for those who might have problem mit midi...

Thanks for sharing that information Bernard. I've followed several threads you've created. I'm glad to read they are resolved and that you've taken time to share your solution with the forum.

For those with MIDI issues looking at this thread of possible solutions note that in another thread a user reported changing all MIDI driver settings to something different and then returning the settings to his normal setting resolved his issue.
