Style installed with BIB 914 update but won't load, why?

It is one of the new Dowop and loads fine here.

The preview of the demo style is playing but does not load to the BIB.

When you select it to load it, does it load a different style? And is this repeatable (always the same different style)?

This style is not load to BIB. I checked the contents of the BIB folders and there are no style files.

Since the style is installed with the 914 update, it is added by PG Music, and yet there are no style files, can you rescue me with these files? Please smile

I don't have this package. I wrote that the style and a few others install with update 914.

Then you don't have the necessary RT. Forget it or buy it.

What do they give with the installer? Stupidity.

Hi Dixi6
Can you tell us a little bit more about what Pak you have and what Styles, Add-Ons, etc?

Do you have BiaB Pro (the entry level), Mega, Ultra, or Audiophile (the top of the line)?

Knowing this may help us to help you to identify any issues you are encountering. I'm just trying to apply a helpful approach to assist to solve your issue.

I have the basic version and after installing update 914 the BIB said that new styles have arrived. I checked and the styles are, but empty - not loading.

Normal, styles need to be rebuilt after almost every update, but it doesn't add RTs.

I think I can recreate a similar problem.
If I go into the stylepicker and:
- select _GAIA
- play demo song
- press ok
Then _GAIA will not load into the chord sheet.

If I go into the stylepicker and:
- select _GAIA
- play from chord sheet in the style picker
- press ok
Then _GAIA will load OK into the chord sheet.

And it is a similar bevhaviour with several other styles. Might be worth trying.

Another way would be in the style picker to mark _GAIA as favourite.
Then from the chord sheet never go into the style picker just right click and select Favourite Styles and the select _GAIA in the list (this without going into the style picker)

Both ways work on my PC.

By default the StylePicker displays all known styles; both styles that you have as well as styles that are available but you do not have.

Normally the StylePicker precedes the names of styles you do not have with N/A.

In the StylePicker you can select the "Other" filter, makes the selections shown and the StylePicker will stop displaying styles you don't have.

In some rare cases you may want to rebuild the StylePicker list after making this setting.

N/A = Non Available

It will not load because there are no executive files. PG Music uses cheap marketing tricks.

This is really the first time I have seen anyone criticize PG on this point. All the people who don't have all of the RTs manage to not see the unavailable styles and everything is fine. If you really like the Gaia style and you don't have enough money you can buy the Set 391 retail, and thus you will have your guitars for 29 Dollars. Good luck.

I am not criticizing, but it is incomprehensible to me. Thanks for the information. Where can I buy set 391?
Posted By: dixi6 Re: I'm looking for a style - 01/06/22 05:32 AM
I found it

Felicitations !
