If you ever need to double check how a chord is written for Band-in-a-Box to recognize it, a list of recognized chords are here: https://www.pgmusic.com/tutorial_chordlist.htm

It's also important to write the chords exactly as written in the link that Chantelle shared, otherwise it may not be recognized. If you continue to have difficulties, you may want to try using the Chord Builder option in Band-in-a-Box. You can access it by right-clicking on the measure you would like to add the chord to and selecting | Chord Builder |.
