Hello.
I have all the real track exe sets 01 to 400.
They are all installed into BB.
Is it safe to delete the exe files (100 gb)?
The exe files are still available on my product/download page.

If i do delete them and for some reason need to re-download/install them, will they automatically be updated to the latest bb build i have on my pc.
thanks.

You can delete them if you don't wish to save them to a removable drive.

You can download them again from your PG Music account if ever you wish.

The installed RealTrack files will still operate without the distribution exe files.

Hi Paul,

I delete the exe sets once I'm confident that the Realtracks that each set installs are working okay. As you say, they're available on the products download page if needed.

The BIAB updates are usually program updates and don't affect Realtracks, Realdrums, MIDI Supertracks. That said, every once in a while PG Music do update Realtracks, Realdrums and MIDI Supertracks. When that happens, the downloads on the product page are updated with the new files.

Regards,
Noel

Glad we were able to assist in some small way.

Good intentions were provided by all respondents, as you are aware.

I guess you were looking for a forward recovery path in case it was ever needed. Both local backups and re-download would deliver that successfully.
