Which add-ons seems to not be showing correct products in Summary of Add-ons [Resolved] - 12/05/22 06:29 PM
After upgrading my 2022 UltraPAK to 2023 UltraPAK+ I noticed the "Which add-ons do I have?" feature in Help doesn't seem to work correctly. There is a new section at the bottom called "Summary of Add-ons". Great sales tool. LOL
But it shows for me (see attached image) that I only have 94% of Xtras Styles. As you can see above that, I have them all. 1-15. I have every add-on.
I always check after upgrades and purchases as BIAB can be finicky finding everything at times in the past.
I will submit a ticket, but just wondering if anyone else is seeing this?
