Hi, my BIAB 2018 is playing what sounds like Midi piano every so often why playing a song. It even starts in the count in. If I mute all tracks it still plays. I must have done something to screw it up. I do remember trying the feature that plays the chord while notation is showing (shift enter).

Any suggestions? Factory reset maybe?

Factory reset fixed it but now I have a new layout to learn it seems. I am wondering how I get get the tool bars to look the same.

After you have the program settings like you want them, you can navigate to Options > Save Preferences As ... to save the settings in a preference file.

Then, if you ever have to use the Return to Factory Settings command, you can use the Options > Open Preference File ... to reload your settings.

Once you've created your preference file you can reset preferences and reload yours in less than a minute. Factory reset becomes less painless and stressful.
