I recently upgraded my UltraPak 2021 to the 2023 version, everything seems to work fine except I can't pre-listen (pressing the green play button, called "Quick - Play using premade demo") to different styles when I scroll through the list in StylePicker. Every time I try a yellow post it note appears in the right corner saying for example "Auditioning style: /Applications/Band-in-a-box/Applications/Data/Style Demos Audio/_BARGPOP.mp4"

Did I do something wrong in the upgrade installation? Would be grateful for any help or input. Awesome software btw.

Is this with build 704? You can double check under Help | About Band-in-a-Box, and the build number is in brackets at the top of this window.
