I get the error message "cannot find engine file, please re-intall."
I've tried re-intalling to my main HD, but still getting the message.

Are you able to attach a screenshot of the error message for us to see? You can also e-mail it in to support@pgmusic.com instead if you prefer. Also, when do you get this message in particular? When trying to do a particular task in Band-in-a-Box? On launch? Can you provide the exact steps for us leading up to the error message? This would be most helpful!
