Ever since I downloaded the updates for Real Band & Powertracks my songs load without the FX parameters. What I mean is that my mixes are gone! Volumes, equalization, reverb, everything is gone. I followed PG Music support's link to download the "fixes" but these do not work. Very frustrated as I have been a user for at least 15 years but can't get a straight answer as to why this is still not working. I'm running Windows 7 Home. Focustrite sound card box. Computer built by Sweetwater with Intel i5 core. Any help appreciated.

May I suggest you post in either the +++ RealBand +++ section or the +++ PowerTracks Pro +++ section.

It will be helpful to know what year and build of the program you are using.
