If you have problems playing .wma (Style Auditions) files when using the plugin - 10/21/20 04:03 PM
As you probably know, all of the Style auditions are .wma files, and you might encounter the same problem that I did (running the plugin in Cubase) that I could not hear the Style auditions, as I was getting an error message relating to the Windows Media Player.
It turns out that there is a setting in Cubase (and probably a very similar setting in all DAW’s) which causes the DAW to release the audio driver when the application (Cubase) is “in the background”.
Technically, I guess Cubase is “in the background” when you are interacting with the BIAB plugin.
Once I had changed that setting, it all worked perfectly.
