BIABDAWPluginStandalone MIDI output all trax to omni piano patch - 03/19/23 02:14 PM
I actually like and use MIDI styles a bit. The Plugin successfully loads an All MIDI style from a recently rebuilt list onto multiple tracks;Piano, Bass, Drums, Guitar, and an =reed solo midi track.
the tracks show a yellow MIDI on the left by track name
the tracks show patch names, channel, and a yellow wav button.
My understanding is this shows correctly for a MIDI-to-embedded-synth setup.
when I hit Play the drums tick a count in & commence playing drums ch 10. The other 3 MIDI tracks ch's 2,3,6 all different patches, play simultaneously out a piano patch.
The =reed track plays a trumpet solo on a ch 4.
The S-solo and M-mute completely malfunction: stop play entirely, then play resumes when deselected.
I've successfully loaded and played MIDI styles in the Desktop BIAB. I tried a few different SoundCards, most recently MS GS.
I'm on a CoyoteWT synth, its the only one I got.
Nothing I can successfully do in the desktop pushes thru to the Plugin....
Its as if the there's an "Omni" selected somewhere for the Plugin MIDI output. I can't find much MIDI control on the plugin.
Realtracks appear to load and play without error, don't need help there.
