I have a Lions Tracs Mediastation Keyboard with many, many great sounds.

Has anyone been able to get BB to work with a Linux system ?

I would be very happy to use the Mediastation just as the Sound source Via the Midi connectons.

Any help or suggestions will be appriciated.

Thanks. j.

Hey gpjack,

I've just been told on another forum that WINE might work for this, although it's not certain. I too am very curious to try out Linux and see how it performs in terms of Latency and system resources compared to Windows 7.

I did also see a DAW for Linux called "Audure", which looks quite promising as an extension of BIAB.

Also, do a Google search for "Jack". It is an audio patching protocal that seems interesting.

I have both Ardour, and Rosegarden on my Linux system, and neither will work. I just can't seem to get the sound sorted out. All wave files just sound like a 78 record on 33 1/3.

Rob,

You send Oren a private message. He's got Linux tamed, I think. It might also be worthwhile posting this is Off-topic

Noel

Sounds like a bit rate issue.
