I'm playing Texas style fiddle. I'm trying to find guitar backup played in Texas style, to accompany me on fiddle. I can't find it. I would like to find it in real tracks if possible (I have 2011 version of BB). Can any one help me find what I'm looking for?

Thanks.. Tom

Hey Tommy . . . welcome to the forum. I am away from my computer which has BIAB loaded but I know there were quite a few Texas Style Swing Realtracks relaesed in 2012. I will check them out for you when I get to my music laptop. In the meantime you might want to post this request/question on either the BIAB or Off Topic forum.

Good Luck,

Danny... Great! I'll look forward to it. It looks like I'll have to do some upgrading to my 2011 version... :-)

Thanks again... Tom

If you are looking for Wesytern Swing backup, the real tracks of those work well, as do some of the Jazz styles. If you are looking for the old time style ala Benny Thomasson and Major Franklin, there is really nothing in the real tracks I have found that works very well.

I wrote a simple MIDI file for this purpose (I play the oldtime style mentioned). If you email me, I can email it to you
